Deputies of the Duma of the Beloyarskiy urban district (GO) prepared and sent an appeal to the prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region Sergei Okhlopkov. The document in social networks was laid out by the deputy Vladislav Gilev.

The reason for such a decision of the people's deputies was the failure of the heating season in the municipality - the company MUP "New Technologies" continues to save debts to the resource providers and now should 66 949.6 thousand. rubles. The Beloyarsk interdistrict prosecutor Alexander Shybrik proposes to provide municipal guarantees to the companies providing municipal services to Beloyarsk GO.

Deputies do not support this proposal and write in their appeal that "it's time to stop covering irresponsibility, illiteracy of the executive body of local self-government at the expense of the budget". They propose to introduce external management at the MUP "New Technologies", the case of the disqualification of the director is considered in court.

To resolve this situation in the city, deputies are also asked to join experts and the head of the regional housing and communal services ministry Nikolay Smirnov. They also want to receive the answer about the quality of the work of the local prosecutor's office.

"To conduct an audit of the inter-district prosecutor Alexander Shybrik for the purpose of ensuring the continuity and completeness of the Beloyarsk inter-district prosecutor's office to take measures to normalize the situation with the prison," reads the official document.

The prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region, Sergei Okhlopkov, they propose to show consistency and for the third time turn to the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev with a proposal to remove the head of the Beloyarskaya GO Pavel Yudin from his post.
