Today there are all legal grounds, if necessary, to start the heating season in the Kharkiv region at any time, said the deputy head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mikhail Chernyak.

The corresponding order on the beginning of the heating season in the Kharkiv region was signed last week.

At the meetings of the state and regional KTEB and emergency situations, decisions were made that made it possible to fix the price of gas for the population and budgetary institutions. According to the Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, by October 15, NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine is ready to sign all agreements with consumers in the social sphere.

“What will be the market price for consumers in the commercial sector - this market regulates, we will look at the dynamics.

But the price for the population - UAH 7.42 - is fixed, for budgetary institutions the price - UAH 16.8 with VAT and with the tariff for the transportation of this gas - is fixed.. Today we are entering the heating season according to clear rules, with a sufficient volume of contracted gas, ”emphasized Mikhail Chernyak.

He also noted that today in the region there are no problems with the beginning of the heating season - neither technical nor calculated..
