The corresponding decree for No. 970 was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers on December 13.
According to the adopted document, in order to ensure timely payment of pensions taking into account holidays and days off in January 2018, financing and payment of pensions is made in December 2017 within the limits provided by the budget of the Pension Fund for 2017.
This applies to persons who receive a pension on current accounts in banks and through mail on dates determined by the Pension Fund and agreed by the Ministry of Social Policy.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman during the meeting said that from January 1, 2018 the military will increase pensions. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will modernize the payment of pensions, which will occur automatically. The increase in pensions for military pensioners can be no less than on average, than 1,5 thousand hryvnia, - assured the head of government.
