Most of the products Ukraine purchases from the EU countries, imports pages: fish and crustaceans, tobacco products, fruits and nuts, various foods, sunflower seeds, cocoa products and chocolate, coffee and tea, palm oil, residues and waste, as well as ethyl alcohol. The total amount of purchases abroad is 1.5 billion dollars.
Traditionally, the import of agro-products from the countries of Asia remains large - by 1.5 billion dollars, from the countries of Africa - 67 million dollars, imports from the United States amounted to 145 million dollars.
As reported in the "URA-Inform", the decision of the European Union to provide Ukraine with additional quotas for agricultural products will come into force as early as the first October.
