The Eurasian commission imposed a duty for a number of Ukrainian metallurgical plants

"The commission has established the fact of dumping imports into the EEA of products manufactured by a number of Ukrainian producers, including Azovstal, Enakievo Iron and Steel Works and others," the ECE.

Dumping margin for imports into the Union of corners is determined at a rate of 37.89%.

This decision was made by the collegium in connection with the losses of the largest metallurgical plants in Russia.

In particular, in May 2017 it was decided to impose a preliminary anti-dumping duty on Ukrainian corners for a period of four months from June to October.

The new decision of the ECE Collegium extended the anti-dumping duty for four years and eight months.

Thus, the total period of validity will be five years.

The decision will come into force after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than October 11, 2017.

In addition, a number of decisions have been made in the field of duty regulation.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a resolution "On approving a new composition of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Protection of Investors' Rights, Counteracting Illegal Acquisition and Seizure of Enterprises".
