According to Groisman - they fix a serious increase in the budget - from 143 billion hryvnia to 164.9 billion hryvnia - as early as 2018.
Defense spending next year will be - as expected - 5 percent of GDP - stressed Groisman. Military equipment, in particular, will be allocated 16.4 billion hryvnia.
As reported URA-Inform, the State Budget-2018 provides for allocation to the Armed Forces 83.3 billion hryvnia.
