The inhabitant of Voevodias village in Romania, Adolf Ernst Stedler, claims that he is the godfather of Adolf Hitler, therefore he was named in his honor. According to the 77-year-old man, the Fuhrer baptized him in a camp for ethnic Germans near the Austrian border in Hohenschwangau (Bavaria, Germany). This is reported by the Romanian publication Monitorul. Stedler was born on April 25, 1941. He said that Hitler promised to baptize the first child born in this camp, which he turned out to be. The Fuhrer, according to the men, even held him in his arms. "My birth certificate was written in gold letters and signed by Hitler," stressed the pensioner. He added that the mother also received from the leader some amount of money. As Stedler noted, his parents were Germans, but they lived in Romania, then moved to Germany, and after the end of the Second World War they returned.

The mother burned the birth certificate of her son, but the man after many years could restore him from the archive after he received German citizenship. This document also confirms that Stedler was indeed the first child born in a camp near Hohenschwangau. The pensioner explained that despite receiving a German passport, he is not going to move to Germany. More important news in the Telegram channel "The Tape of the Day". Subscribe!.
