"When parents choose a child's name, it is not allowed to use numbers, alphanumeric symbols, numerals, symbols and non-letter characters, or any combination of them, or abusive words, orders for ranks, posts, titles in his name," the text says. Document.
The exception was made only for a hyphen - especially for double names and surnames.
The procedure for determining the surname of a child in the event that his parents have different, but want to give the offspring a double, is also regulated by this document. In particular, the double surname of a child can consist only of two words, and the order of joining the names of the father and mother in full-fledged brothers and sisters with such names is strictly forbidden.
