Ukrainian intelligence intercepted the conversation of officers of the Russian 64th separate motorized rifle brigade.

During a telephone conversation, a subordinate Russian officer asks his commander about the veracity of rumors about the dismissal of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

It is reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Russian Commander Denies Rumors.

Then the Russian adds: " Nobody has the right to judge them."

So the officers of the Russian 64th Motorized Rifle Brigade, who committed the atrocities in Bucha, discuss the inability to recruit new personnel.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the 64th Motorized Rifle Brigade was the very unit that committed terrible crimes during the occupation of Bucha. In total, the SBU has already identified 1,140 Russian invaders who committed atrocities against the civilian population in the Kyiv region.
