President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a decree on the compulsory seizure of objects of property rights of the Russian Federation and its residents.
The corresponding draft law on the approval of the decree of the head of state was registered today on the website of the Ukrainian Parliament under the number 7371.

The explanatory note also clarifies that the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine decided to forcibly seize Russian objects of property rights on May 11, 2022.
