At the very beginning of the new political season, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the "Opposition bloc" Yevgeny Balitsky in a speech on one of the pro-Russian propaganda TV channels told about his rest in the Crimea and repeated the cliches of Russian propaganda about the moods of the inhabitants of the occupied territories who "left Ukraine".

The fact that Balitsky talked in the Crimea with people who live "under the tutelage" of the power structures of the authoritarian occupation regime - and therefore are not only afraid to tell the truth, but are also afraid of the truth - he certainly did not tell us. With the same success Balitsky could communicate with the inhabitants of the DPRK and with himself in his youth, in the Soviet Union. A lot of truth would have learned.

They can say - well, what's wrong with that? Balitsky had previously had such views - then he is a deputy of the "Opposition bloc". In the Crimea, he could enter through the territory of Ukraine, legally - what he broke? Why such emotions?.

But we perfectly understand that when a deputy of the country's parliament who declared Russia an aggressor and is indignant at the trips of foreign deputies to the Crimea, quietly rests in the occupied territory, this creates some kind of new "normality". This once again reminds the world of the operetta of the Ukrainian statehood - here we condemn, then we rest, then we play, we wrap the fish here. And this is exactly what the revenge seekers achieve, when every day the borders of revenge are pushed back by several centimeters.

The most important question is why do they do this? Does Medvedchuk really want to come to power with the help of his interviews? Is Portnov really going to go back to Ukraine with the help of loud declarations about his use of one of the propaganda telepromporals? In fact, Balitsky expects that his electorate after such statements will increase?.

Do not stun them. We are dealing with people who know what they are doing.

The task of Medvedchuk, Portnov, Balitsky - to create a background on which the collaboration will look like patriotism.

This yesterday's double-dealing looked like silence about the occupation. Tomorrow the "patriot" will be considered the politician who simply does not visit the Crimea. It was yesterday possible to talk about the immorality of approaches to pro-Russian channels. Tomorrow the "patriot" will be considered one who will go there and "rebuff" Medvedchuk or Balitsky. And even better - Portnovu on skype! And this is already happening.

The task of revanchists is not power, but the blurring of the borders of patriotism, the creation of conditions for the election of the next traitor to embroider the president of the country, to win the parliamentary compromise of populist blocs.

They should make it easier for the supporters of such populists and compromisers to live in harmony with their own conscience. You can not elect a pro-Russian candidate. But you can - a candidate who will look pro-Ukrainian on the background of frankly pro-Russian statements and intentions.

The Ukrainian political elite, the "oligarchs" and big businessmen, Ukrainian society, media, yesterday's activists and soldiers are ready to participate in this next funeral of the Ukrainian statehood, with the cheerful laughter of Russian Chekists. And on their money.
