Kravchuk doubts that the Kremlin will allow any foreign contingent to set foot on Ukrainian lands at all, otherwise the "myth" about the civil war in Ukraine, which Russian propaganda is trying to instill in its citizens, simply collapses. Risking authority Putin will not be exactly.
