The Committee will not violate the procedure. This opinion was voiced on Monday, February 19, by Oleg Kuprienko, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Organization of Work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. According to him, now the document is checked by the head of parliament on the correctness of submission in accordance with the procedure.
Then he will be sent to Bakulin and he will have, according to the regulations, five days for familiarization. After which he will be able to present his objections and answers.
Thus, five days must pass in order not to violate the regulations, which means that before the saturday the commissioner will not be able to gather to consider the corresponding submission, the politician explained, adding that the Committee will meet no earlier than next Monday, but the planned meeting of the committee in Wednesday.
Thus, the presentation will be able to consider not earlier than February 28, - Kuprienko summed up.
As reported by URA-Inform, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Andrey Parubii, received the presentation of the Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko on granting the consent of the Parliament to bring to criminal responsibility the detention and arrest of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Yevgeny Bakulin and immediately forwarded the documents to the Parliamentary Committee for Regulation and Organization the work of BP.
