Democrats substantiate their demands by the repeated refusal of Igor Dodon to sign a decree on the appointment of new members of the government, proposed by the "Democratic Party".
At the same time, the deputies asked the judges to consider their request urgently.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the President of Moldova Igor Dodon again rejected the candidacies for the posts of ministers proposed by Prime Minister Pavel Filip.
Earlier, Speaker of Parliament Andrian Kandu stated that if the President refuses to sign a decree on the appointment of new ministers, the government will be compelled to apply to the Constitutional Court with a demand to establish a temporary discharge of the duties of the president.
