"If not, there are two options: either sell unfinished, because it does not meet the military doctrine, or envisage in the GOZ for 2018 the money for further maintenance of the vessel in the quay wall," reads the message.
Recall, as previously reported "URA-Inform", & nbsp the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine purchased three and a half tons of arctic fuel. Arctic fuel is necessary for fueling military equipment in weather conditions with low temperatures.
