According to the minister, ignoring the rights of minorities and adopting a new law on education, Ukraine not only violated its obligations to the EU, but also to NATO.

Siyarto also stressed that Hungary will not sacrifice the interests of Transcarpathian Hungarians in a single geopolitical game.

According to him, Ukraine itself is to blame for the situation, and if it is important for it to resume cooperation with NATO, it must revoke the law on education.

"If Kiev withdraws the law, Hungary will again speak loudly in support of Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations," the minister promised..

As previously reported in URA-Inform, & nbsp Ukraine and Hungary are planning to hold a regular meeting to discuss all the subtleties of the Ukrainian law on education. According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin, the negotiations will be held with the representatives of the Venice Commission, who have already prepared their recommendations and are ready to help finally discuss all the "nuances" of this issue.
