This is reported by the news agency Yonhap.

South Korean President Mun Zhe Ying instructed the military headquarters of the South Korean Armed Forces to draw up a plan for an offensive against the DPRK if he tried to strike a missile strike on Seoul.

The head of state noted that his troops should be ready to quickly cross the 38th parallel in case the North Korean army tries to commit a provocation on the border with South Korea.

"We expect that Pyongyang can go over the edge and inflict a nuclear strike on our capital," says Mun Zhe Ying.

As reported in URA-Inform, earlier the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs) rejected the proposal of the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the initiative to establish relations between the two countries.
