In his opinion, the investigation of the Prosecutor General's Office against him is of a political nature. This is stated in the message of the "Opposition block" party, published on Sunday, July 16.
According to the report, he and his lawyers are preparing a statement of claim to the Court of Appeal. The decision of the court will be appealed, because I believe that I am not a dangerous person for the state. I do not need to hide and isolate from society to prison, - the party's press service quotes the words of the deputy.
They also assured that his colleagues in the party will bring a pledge for him next week. I am grateful to them, they on their own initiative have decided to find means for bail and, as I understand, next week it will be paid, - said Dobkin.
