It should be noted that such inspections are carried out by specialists of the Public Transportation Service in conjunction with the National Police and "Ukrtransbezopasnosti".

Transport department of KSCA can check only contracts of carriers. In turn, the inspection of drivers and the technical condition of cars is engaged in "Ukrtransbezopasnosti".

As previously reported in URA-Inform, the Kyiv city state administration allows for an increase in the speed of traffic to 80 kilometers per hour in 22 sections of the capital roads.
