For the period of New Year's and Christmas holidays ground transportation of the capital will work according to a special schedule. As reported on Friday morning, December 29, the press service of the Kyiv City Administration with reference to the utility company "Kyivpastrans", starting at eight o'clock on the evening of December 31 and up to three o'clock on the night of January 1, as well as on January 1, from two o'clock in the afternoon to nine hours of the evening trolleybus route number 6 will run from the Minsk Massif to the metro station "Lukyanovskaya":.

trolleybuses of Route 16 will run from Akademika Shchusev street to the Vozduhoflotsky overpass;.

trolleybus route No. 18 will run from Soshenko Street to the Vozduhoflotsky overpass;.

buses of route No. 24 and No. 114 will run on the working day traffic route.

The same schedule will operate on January 7 from noon and until three in the afternoon.

At the same time, the Kiev funicular on the night of December 31, 2017 on January 1, 2018 will work around the clock.

In addition, on 1, 6, 7, 8 January 2018, the work of public transport is organized according to the schedule of the day off with changes, and on 2, 3, 4 and 5 January - according to the working day schedule with changes.

On the night of 6 to 7 January, the rolling stock is planned to be prolonged on routes that are traversed near metro stations.

Also on New Year's Eve at five o'clock in the morning the work of bus routes in the mode of fixed-route taxi continues, namely: No. 150, 155, 157, 166, 181, 182, 183, 193, 208, 220, 226, 234, 433, 457, 500 , 502, 516, 530, 537, 548, 586.

The KSCA also recalls that the list of routes that will carry passengers on New Year's Eve can be viewed on the administration's website, and all changes in the timetable for public transport, on the official website of Kyivpastrans in the section: Passengers - Routes and timetables.

The report also notes that the work of the Moscow metro and land passenger transport on New Year's Eve will be extended to three o'clock in the morning.
