Holosiivskyi court of Kiev issued a guilty verdict against the Kievite Dmitry Kiyanitsa for his brutal treatment of the cat. The court sentenced the offender to six months' imprisonment. This is reported by "112 Ukraine".
During the trial, the accused fully pleaded guilty. Kiyanitsa in the yard of his house in front of a young child beat a cat. He hung it on a tree and beat it with a hose. Veterinarians diagnosed a cat with pelvic fractures and ribs. On the scene was called by the police, so they put a flounder. The rescued animal now lives near neighbors.
