So, it was decided to rename the city. Vatutin in Shukhevych. For this decision, 69 deputies of the Kyiv City Council. So, the adoption of the document assumes the rapid renaming of the capital's prospectus - it will be named in honor of the commander of the UPA Shukhevych.
In Kiev Council on this occasion noted that the public discussion on the renaming took place from March to May 2016 - on the site of the city community. And the renaming of the street decided to support 3165 citizens.
As reported URA-Inform, earlier the people of Kiev appealed to the authorities with a request - not to rename the Victory Avenue.
