In the Khmelnitsky region, the court arrested the share of a Russian citizen in the authorized capital of an enterprise in the amount of more than UAH 96 million. Notifies the Attorney General's Office.
According to the prosecutor's office, officials of the company, among the owners of which there is a Russian citizen, fraudulently seized the property of an agricultural production cooperative.
After that, the company, distorting real economic indicators, began to groundlessly evade fulfilling its obligations to the cooperative. Fraudsters motivated their actions by an artificial crisis in work.
The seized assets are planned to be transferred to the state - to the management of ARMA.
Recall that the Russian was engaged in business in the Cherkasy region, and for the proceeds he produced weapons for the Russian army.
