To conduct online testing for such a large number of participants, you need a powerful platform. Therefore, the platform for NMT was created on the basis of the development of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sponsors helped with funding. The platform was developed by Ukrainian IT specialists who worked on it 24/7. About this in an interview with ZN. “According to the recommendation of the Ministry of Education, the NMT platform was created on the basis of the world-famous development of a software tool and a software product of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,” Boyko said..

He explained that it was about the so-called Open edX platform.. In the world, it is powerfully used by institutions of higher education. And in Ukraine, the pioneers in using this platform were the All-Ukrainian School Online, as well as the National Commission on Ukrainian Language Standards.
