creating a registration card;

filling out the test application for participation in testing;

formation of a set of registration documents (a completed registration card, certified copies of a passport document, a document of secondary education, a medical report on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing an external independent assessment in the form No. 086-3 / o (if necessary);

sending documents to the regional center for assessing the quality of education, the address of which is indicated in the control and information letter generated along with the registration card.
