Therefore, the Ministry of Health published information on ways to restore lost medical documents.

It is noted that in order to restore the results of the examination, the medical card, the results of inpatient and surgical interventions and rehabilitation recommendations, it is necessary to contact the family or any other primary care doctor at the location.

“The doctor will decide on the restoration of the lost documents and, if necessary, will conduct additional examinations to resume further treatment,” the Ministry of Health reports..

In order to restore the lost documents belonging to a person with a disability, it is necessary to apply to the social protection authority, which has access to the Central Bank of Persons with Disabilities and can make an appropriate statement.

To restore other medical documents and a certificate of MSEK (Medical and Social Expertise), you need to contact the medical and social expert commission at the location.
