Earlier, the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Dmitry Zhivitsky, said that at least 155 residents of the Sumy region are being held captive by Russian invaders..
Zhivitsky called on those who have information about the abduction of people by the occupiers to report this to law enforcement agencies.
