The fire at the oil depot in Chernyakhiv, Zhytomyr region managed to be eliminated. This was reported in the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations.

As a result of air strikes by Russian troops on the evening of March 7 at 20:20, a tank farm was hit. The fire broke out in two half-empty tanks. Rescuers evacuated residents from nearby private residential buildings.

Earlier it was reported that in the village of Vyazovka, the former Narodnitsky district of the Zhytomyr region, Russian troops destroyed the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, built in 1862.
