He took part in the event dedicated to the problems of regional security, in particular, road safety. There was a lot of interesting information from representatives of the CME in Ukraine, who initiated the meeting.. But I was most struck by the information that the international mission provided at the beginning of the meeting, in the introductory part.

Such information is not provided by the state institutions of Ukraine, hide, and it is clear why. I quote: "All law enforcement agencies of Ukraine demonstrate a negative trend in assessing the effectiveness of their work compared with previous years. Evaluation of the whole block of law and order as a whole is the worst in the last 4 years. During this period, citizens' confidence in the police declined by -19%, the SBU 15%, the penitentiary service 14%.

I have no reason not to trust the statistics from the official international organization.
