This Odessa and German officials agreed during the visit of the First Vice-Mayor of Odessa Anatoly Orlovsky to Regensburg, held last week.
Ober-Burgomaster of Regensburg Gertrude Maltz-Schwarzfischer and A. Orlovsky decided to jointly design and create the "Regensburg Alley" in Odessa on the site of Staroportofrankovsky Square on the same street.
It is assumed that the alley will be created using "green" technologies, and it will also accommodate the tourist symbol of Odessa - the anchor-heart.
In addition, the German sister city will provide Odessa with another batch of humanitarian aid for medical institutions and give a snow-removing machine.
