The official edition of the Verkhovna Rada "Voice of Ukraine" published the text of the law "On Road Traffic" (regarding the priority of vehicles moving in a circle).

The law regulates the issue of granting advantages in the movement of vehicles that travel to the intersection where a circular traffic is organized.

"Advantage in traffic at intersections where a circular traffic is organized is provided to vehicles that are already moving in a circle," the law says..

As noted in the explanatory note to the bill, in the countries of Europe at the crossroads, where the circular movement is organized, there is a unified scheme of the Roundabout movement.

"As official statistics show, every time after the introduction of the Roundabout scheme, the accident rate at the crossroads decreased by approximately 80%," reads the document.

The law comes into force on the next day after the publication in the newspaper "Golos Ukrainy".

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the moment the law enters into force should bring all its regulatory legal acts into line with it.

Recall that the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine since February 9 for the first time started issuing international driver's licenses. You can get an international certificate if you have a national driver's license, but the national certificate is not withdrawn.
