The recall of smartphones Galaxy Note7 because of problems with batteries left a noticeable blot on the reputation of Samsung. But to test the batteries in the latest gadgets, the company is scrupulous. This was demonstrated by a video recording from a special department of Samsung, where thousands of new smartphones and their batteries are tested for security.
Hundreds of gadgets lie on the shelves, connected to the power grid, and their screens alternately go from portrait to landscape orientation. The degree of heating is evaluated both by specialists with their own hands, and special thermal imagers that detect abnormal deviations from the overall picture. Also, the batteries connected to the network are pierced with pins to check their explosiveness in case of mechanical damage.
