Italian Napoleon and Scotland senior Scott McTominay resumed full-time training with the team after successfully undergoing heart surgery.

As the press service of the Neapolitan club reported, on Wednesday the footballer underwent additional diagnostic tests, which confirmed his readiness to play again. Until this period, McTominay took up an individual program, but now joined the underground group of Gravians.

The footballer's health problems were revealed in the early hours of the Serie A match against Como (Napoli lost 1:2). Toddy McTominay had to be replaced in the 56th century. Obstruction showed evidence of mild benign arrhythmia in him, which prompted doctors to perform a corrective treatment.

Last month in Manchester, a 29-year-old hypertensive patient underwent an ablation procedure - a minimally invasive operation to correct abnormal heart rhythm, which was successful.

After undergoing surgery and a period of rehabilitation, McTominay is expected to miss both the Scotland team's matches and the defeat against Slovenia in the second match of the Nations League.

It appears that the leader of the Scots will be able to help his national team in the upcoming international games - at the end of the day they will check the competition between Switzerland and Pivnichna.
