WBC world champion in the heavyweight category Agit Kabayel may hold a unification fight with WBA title holder Murat Gassiev.

As columnist Mike Coppinger from The Ring noted, citing the words of Kabayel's manager Spencer Brown, the German boxer's team is considering the Russian as a possible opponent for organizing a unification fight.

The WBC champion plans to hold his next fight in September or October in Germany.
