London's Chelsea praised the decision to fire head coach Liam Rosenior, explaining the need to end the season and save chances for European Cups.
According to Ben Jacobs, the club considered changing the coach as soon as possible to improve results while fighting for a place in the European Cup and the FA Cup. It is also reported that some of the key players lost confidence in the coach, which influenced the decision to make a decision.
