Winger Dortmund Borussia Jamie Hittens will continue his career in London Chelsea.
The German club on its official website announced that the parties had reached a preliminary agreement on the transition of a 20-year-old player.
At the moment, the English football player agrees the final details of a personal contract with the London club.
