Bologna forward Artem Dovbik turned to work in the team’s back group. The Ukrainian has already taken part in the training of the club together with other players.

Before training, the 29-year-old forward underwent low individual tests, which were aimed at assessing his physical state. After this, Dovbik won technical and tactical rights, and also played a training match on a small field.

Due to the injury, the Ukrainian missed the remaining two matches of Bologna in Serie A - against Napoli and Torino. Before the injury recovered, Dovbik scored goals in three of his matches in the Italian Championship.

Due to injury, the striker was also unable to join the national team of Ukraine for the upcoming matches of the League of Nations 2026/27. Dovbyk's deputy before the team Andrea Malderi was selected by forward Polissia Igor Krasnopir.

After the international break, Bologna plays away against Lecce. The match is scheduled for the 11th and will start at 16:00.

After five rounds of Serie A, Bologna has just two points and is in 18th place in the standings.
