The Ukrainian rejected a new favor from the Kazakh club.
The Aktobe press service announced the extension of the contract with head coach Igor Leonov.
The new settlement with the 57-river Ukrainian is insured until the end of 2025.
This season, Aktobe won the Cup for Kazakhstan, and also became a bronze medalist in the championship, which secured the club a ticket to the first round of European League qualification for the 2025/26 season.
Guess what, Leonov visited Aktobe at the spring of the year, and previously worked with the structure of the club.
Under his leadership, the team played seven matches and won five, losing two.
