In the match of the 4th round of the Italian Serie A between Venice and Genoa (2:0), the Ukrainian player of the “Gryphons” Ruslan Malinovsky suffered a sprained ankle and a fracture of the small pelvis.
According to the official website of the Genoa club, today, on the 22nd of Sunday, the 31st Ukrainian player successfully underwent surgery on his right ankle.
" The operation, carried out by Professor Federico Santolini and his team, was successful. Gravets feels better and in the coming days rehabilitation at the club will be completed,” reads Genoa’s statement.
