The Nigerian defensive midfielder’s ongoing relationship with the “Foxes” is over.
Main midfielder Wilfried Nida is set to sign a new contract with Leicester City after the contract ended last month.
As journalist Fabrizio Romano reports, the 27-nation Nigerian signed with the “foxes” a territorial agreement, in which case the clause will be transferred.
It appears that Nida, having rejected five positions from other clubs, will likely lose his job in Leicester and sign a new contract..
Last season, Wilfried Nida played 36 matches for the Foxes, scoring 6 goals and providing 6 assists.
