Ex-head coach of Dynamo Kyiv Mircea Lucescu explained why he left the club.
“14 soldiers came, I didn’t give up and beat the team with young people. I would like to charge them with this disgusting situation. Lots of football players grew up at the same time as me, the stench is strong and ruins one’s career. Once the bombing of the place got stronger, I couldn’t stand it anymore. They called me at home every day, they boasted loudly. So, in the fall of leaves, I went, the road was important, and before the end of the day I arrived in Bucharest,” Lucescu said in an interview with Il Tirreno.
Earlier, Lucescu stated that it is important to live without football.
