Former Dynamo defender Pape Diakate said that having moved to Lyon in 2010 on a loan, he hoped to join the “weavers” on an ongoing basis.
" The only thing I regretted was that it was a lease with option to buy, not a full transfer. I left France to go to Dynamo. But I was not noticeable there. When I moved to Saint-Etienne for rent, I set myself the goal of becoming visible again to play at a high level. "
" In the end, I moved to Lyon on loan. But I would like it to be a full transfer "
" I still had a year of contract, and Dynamo demanded about six million euros. This hindered the transition, " com.
