Grozny: It’s very hard to work when you don’t know if there will be money

- You basically had to work in teams that are at the top of the standings. How comfortable is it to work in Arsenal-Kiev?.

- I can say: I am very uncomfortable. It’s very hard to work when you don’t know if there will be money, will the team go to the exit? I do not understand who the shareholders are, what will be the financing?.

We do not know what tomorrow will be. It’s very difficult for me as a coach to work in a situation where little depends on you. At least open your soul, do ten workouts a day - and players need money to bring to their families, they cannot play for free.

Somehow there must be an understanding of some kind of financial stability. I do not know all the nuances, I never interfere in the club component.

I understand that there are many serious problems.. I do not know how they will be resolved. I would really like them to be resolved positively.. It is very difficult to work, because the players understand: you, the coach, train, but you don’t give money.

They do not see stability, they do not see what will happen tomorrow, they understand that they can play two more games, and then they will say goodbye, you don’t need.

I did not think, to be honest, that I would work in Ukraine. I have several foreign proposals, I consider them, - said Vyacheslav Grozny.
