Кристиан Понде, ФК Карпаты
Earlier it was reported that the Carpathians had signed the striker of Lisbon Sporting. During the break for the national teams, the Lviv team held a friendly match with the Polish Lechia.
"It was my first match for the Carpathians and I'm very happy. It's nice to start with a victory even if it was not an official game. Also, I'm happy to score my debut goal, "- quotes Ponde official website of the Carpathians.
"It was a bit difficult to adapt. Of course, I do not yet know all the players, because I arrived in Lviv only two days ago. However, I think that gradually everything will be fine and I will show myself in the team ".
"Who convinced me to go to the Carpathians? First of all, Jose Morais, because I had a talk with him beforehand. Then I talked to other people. I asked them about the Ukrainian championship. I was told that there are all conditions for growth and this is a good championship with class teams. I am convinced that I made the right decision ".
