Claudio played for Internacional, Parma, Reggiana, Atletico Mineiro and Galatasaray, played 101 games for the Brazilian national team, with whom he won the 1994 World Cup. Twice, working with the goalkeepers Galatasaray, acted as head coach of the Turkish grandee.
