Former two-division world champion Lawrence Okolie speaks out about his positive test for banned substances, which led to the cancellation of his fight with Tony Yoka.

The British boxer stressed that the drugs could have entered his body as a result of treatment for an injury, and expressed hope that he would be acquitted.
