Croatia striker Nikola Kalinich is expelled from the team and will leave the camp at the World Cup-2018.

This information was confirmed by the head coach of the national team Zlatko Dalich in the comments to the official site of the team.

"Kalinich really left the location of the national team. In a match against Nigeria, he refused to go on to replace. This situation happened to him already in the second or third time. Apparently, he just is not ready to play at the World Cup, "- said Dalich.

Earlier it was reported that the football player refused to go on to replace the last five minutes of the match against Nigeria. At the same time, he referred to back pain.

Recall, Croatia defeated Nigeria at the 2018 World Cup thanks to an own goal and a penalty.

Kalinich has been playing for the Croatian national team since 2008 and spent 42 matches (15 goals) for him, at the club level the forward played for Hajduk, Istri, Blackburn, Dnepr, Fiorentina and Milan,.
