In the South Korean city of Pyeongchang, the official opening of the Olympic Winter Games-2018.
The ceremony takes place at the Olympic Stadium, which can accommodate 35,000 spectators. The procedure itself began with a pyrotechnic show and performances by local karatekas.
In addition, before the opening, you could see a lot of diverse symbols of the Russian team, which was demonstrated by Korean fans. After that there was a short speech with the history of South Korea.
Now the show continues with the performance of a musical ensemble and a demonstration of the national flag of South Korea. The ceremony will last about 2.5 hours.
