The new system of army shifts has a number of advantages and a number of disadvantages. I'll start with the positives.

Happy for the infantry guys. They bear the heaviest burden of war - and deserve the shortest terms of service and the highest salaries..

The following is the text in the original language. The decision to turn the SZCh well is also a plus. We expanded the number of brigades, added reserve battalions and rotation schemes, and moved the process online. If you allow some of the lads to be transferred to the ZSU - it would be kind.

Transferred once to the river at the boundaries of the corps without the commander’s notice - tsikavo, most importantly, as a practical matter. It looks like these market mechanisms have been taken over by the ZSU: you might wonder where people should go and where they should go.

With new contracts, those who have recently joined the army will benefit from mobilization and under contract. The stinks came either “before the stunned demobilization”, or “for three days” (or without a guaranteed line). Now they can re-sign a contract for two years - with great understanding.

Now about the shortcomings 1. This is the share of those who are in the army still from the hours of the ATO/JFO or from the beginning of a large-scale invasion. It now looks like they are planning to serve for two more years - without acknowledging previous merits. It sounds like joy and value.

Since demobilization duties may soon expand on these people (people's deputies said that those who had served 5 or more years would be released), then they immediately said something about this. Otherwise, spoons will be found, but the siege will be lost. People remember not reality, but their emotions before it. And the least amount of frustration among the fighters of the “first wave” is being converted into additional distrust of the system, as the power of the spring is likely to vote for demobilization for veterans.

Share of officers. As far as I understand, the lines on them vary widely (like line contracts), but there is no residual demobilization after any hour of service. And Risik, there may be a staff shortage: sergeants will have less incentive to attend officer chases. If you remove an officer's eligibility for demobilization, you may be subject to his retirement. Nothing has been confirmed yet.

We have already written about the shortness of the basic line. Six months of minimum pay will be spent on unpaid leave - because we don’t hire people for such a period.

Good line for combat posads. A possible situation is that when a person signs a contract, he recovers from the wounds in the first month of service, and then rejoices for a long time and does not accumulate his “fighting days” for the next one, or he withdraws his shared affiliation. It would be fair if the very fact of injury (and its severity) also contributed to the triviality of the line.

The basic salary of 30 thousand hryvnias does not help us with the phenomenon of the “taxi fighter”.

There are those in the army who know themselves in the ZSU and plan to become professional military personnel. We have required contracts for 5 and 10 rocks (ideally with reduced brainpower and accumulative bonuses). There are no such contracts in the registered menu.

The appearance of battle days for the development of the line is not guilty of running into the fighter of Form 6. Many units changed their home port (brigades were transferred from one military branch to another). The HF units have since retired, and their ZBDs have been archived (for example, this is what happened with the nearby TRO battalions, which are now linear). If you ask a soldier to submit Form 6 for the calculation of the additional line, this can create a problem for him..



That's why, in order to keep warm, a lot of the " If a fighter receives a bonus for combat days, this means that all supporting documents have already been submitted and verified. The army simply has to analyze how much and to whom it paid - and not extract evidence from the fighter.
