The service is available to citizens who have moved from territories located in the area of \u200b\u200bhostilities, or who are in temporary occupation.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
The Ministry of Social Policy will credit funds to everyone who has previously received an IDP certificate and is waiting for payment to the card.
